Art Sullivan & Kiki - L´amour A La Francaise b/w L´enfant Perdu (1977) - single

Next One - Sailing Home b/w The Wind Blows For You (1977) - single

Central Line - Nature Boy b/w Goodbye (1983) - single

"Nature Boy" is a song first recorded by American jazz singer Nat King Cole. It was released on March 29, 1948, as a single by Capitol Records, and later appeared on the album, The Nat King Cole Story. The song was written in 1947 by eden ahbez and is partly autobiographical. It is a tribute to ahbez's mentor Bill Pester, who had originally introduced him to Naturmensch and Lebensreform philosophies, which ahbez practised. When Cole was performing in 1947 at the Lincoln Theater, ahbez wanted to present the song to him, but was ignored. He left the copy with Cole's valet, and from him the singer came to know of "Nature Boy". After receiving appreciation for his performance of the song, Cole wanted to record it. Central Line, a post-disco, pop and jazz-funk group, based in London, England, covered “Nature Boy” in 1983 and released it as a single. It reached 21 in the UK Charts.

Terri Gibbs - Somebody´s Knockin´ b/w Some Days It Rains All Night Long (1981) - single

Teresa Fay "Terri" Gibbs (born June 15, 1954) is an American country music artist who was born blind. She charted thirteen singles on the Billboard country singles charts, including her debut single "Somebody's Knockin'", which reached No. 8 on the country charts.
It was released in late 1980 from her debut album, “Somebody's Knockin '”. It was co-written by Jerry Gillespie and Ed Penney: Penney was a record company executive who liked Gibbs's voice when he first heard her audition tape, but felt she needed stronger material. Penney was a former Boston disc jockey who had promoted records and written a number of songs before moving to Nashville. He was the producer of "Somebody's Knockin'" and became Terri Gibbs's manager.
An uncredited review in Billboard praised Gibbs' "unusual vocal sound" and the "Louisiana-flavored production". The song's success led to Gibbs winning the 1981 Academy of Country Music Top Female Vocalist award, and the first Horizon (now New Artist) Award from the Country Music Association. It was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Country Song.

John Joseph Travolta (born February 18, 1954) is an American actor, dancer, and singer. Travolta first became known in the 1970s, after appearing on the television series Welcome Back, Kotter (1975–1979) and starring in the box office successes Saturday Night Fever (1977) and Grease (1978).
During the latter half of the 1970s, John Travolta was the biggest star in Hollywood; after a string of hits in films, on television, and on the radio, he had emerged as a true cultural phenomenon, defining tastes in music and fashion while dominating innumerable column inches in newspapers, magazines, and gossip columns.

Osibisa - Sunshine Day / Bum To Bum (1975) - single

Osibisa are a British Afro-pop band, founded in London in 1969 by four expatriate African and three Caribbean musicians. Osibisa were one of the first African-heritage bands to become widely popular and linked with the world music description.
Osibisa are not referred to often these days when historians look back at the evolution of world music. For listeners at the time who were unfamiliar with African popular music (and, to a large degree, for listeners of every era), Santana served as an inevitable comparison. With their fusion of African beats and funk-R&B-rock, their album “Welcome Home” could often sound like early-'70s Santana without the emphasis on psychedelic guitar, and without nearly as much blues and Latin influence as Santana had. (The Santana-like cover graphics couldn't have helped keep the comparisons at bay, either.) Yet there was quite a bit more in the way of distinctly African rhythms, often making the album sound like something of a link between Santana and the Afrobeat that would become popular in the 1980s. On occasion, the record ventured into slightly poppier territory with a languid cheer that verged on the sappy, though admittedly that approach did give them a U.K. hit with "Sunshine Day."

Daniel Sahuleka - The Change / Girl On The Run (1978) - single

Brilliant - It´s A Man´s Man´s Man´s World / Crash The Car (1985) - single

Brilliant were a British pop/rock group active in the 1980s. Although not commercially successful and mauled by the critics, they remain notable because of the personnel involved - Martin Glover aka Youth, formerly of Killing Joke and subsequently a top producer/remixer; Jimmy Cauty, later to find fame and fortune as one half of The KLF; and (prior to the band signing with WEA) Ben Watkins aka Juno Reactor.
Brilliant first came to life in 1982, as post-punk band Killing Joke was crumbling under internal conflicts. Unsatisfied with his bandmates' following of the occult lifestyle, Killing Joke's bass player Youth decided to call it quits and recorded an angry slandering song against his former bandmates. The song, "That's What Good Friends Are For...", an obvious mock of Killing Joke's second album “What's THIS for...?”, was credited to "Brilliant", which was a name of a Killing Joke B-side and a general 1980s buzzword.
For the first incarnation of Brilliant as a full band, Youth recruited Marcus Myers on vocals and guitar, a second bass player Guy Pratt (who left for the Australian band Icehouse and was replaced by Frenchman Stephane "Tin Tin" Holweck prior to their first live performances), and the two drummers Andy Anderson (The Cure) and Peter Ogi, along with synthethist Rob Waugh. They released two singles, "That's What Good Friends Are For..."/"Push" (Limelight Music LIME 001/A/B with a sleeve by Mark Alleyne) and "Colours" (through Rough Trade Records with a sleeve by Mark Manning) and recorded a BBC session for John Peel on 11 October 1982. Overall through its four years of existence the band hosted a roster of roughly 30 players until reducing to the trio of Youth, Cauty and female vocalist June Montana.
The debut single with this lineup, a cover of James Brown's "It's A Man's Man's World", was critically acclaimed by the music press and became the group's biggest hit on the UK charts, albeit only peaking at #58 in October 1985. The group released their only album “Kiss the Lips of Life” in 1986.
